1.1 By accessing and using the applications ("Apps") developed by Kalisson Studios LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Apps after such changes have been made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
2.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use our Apps. If you are under 13, you may not download or use our Apps.
2.2 You agree to use our Apps only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Apps.
3.1 Our Apps may offer in-app purchases. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable.
3.2 You acknowledge that all billing and transaction processes are handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Google) from where you downloaded the App and are governed by their respective terms and conditions.
4.1 Your use of our Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://kalissonstudios.com/privacy
5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalisson Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our Apps; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
6.1. To use our apps, you must be at least 13 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. If you are under the age of 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian to ensure understanding and approval.
7.1. Some features of our apps may require you to create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.
7.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you know about them.
7.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.
8.1. You agree not to use our apps in any way that is illegal, harmful, or may be seen as offensive by others.
8.2. You will not use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access our apps in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
9.1. Our apps may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Kalisson Studios LLC.
9.2. Kalisson Studios LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Kalisson Studios LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
10.1. We may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the apps, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications ("Updates").
10.2. Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the apps. You agree that we have no obligation to (i) provide any Updates, or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the apps to you.
10.3. You further agree that all Updates will be (i) deemed to constitute an integral part of the apps, and (ii) subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
11.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the apps immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
11.2. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the apps.
12.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kalisson Studios LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
15.1. Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
16.1. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
17.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kalisson Studios LLC regarding our apps and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the apps.
18.1 You can subscribe for this app to get access to premium features and unlimited content.
18.2. Subscription options can be: 1-week, 1-month, 3-month, 1-year, each with and without 3-day or 7-day free trials.
18.3 All prices are subject to change without notification. We occasionally run promotion prices as incentives or limited time opportunities for qualifying purchases made during the promotional time period. Due to the time sensitive and promotional nature of these events, we are unable to offer price protection or retroactive discounts or refunds for previous purchases in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
18.4 Payment will be charged to iTunes or Playstore Account at confirmation of purchase.
18.5 Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
18.6 Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
18.7 Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's iTunes or Playstore Account Settings after purchase.
18.8 No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
18.9 You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription setting through your iTunes or Playstore account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged. Please visit iTunes Support for more information.
18.10 You may turn off the auto-renewal of your subscription via your iTunes Account Settings. However, you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period.
18.11 Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
